Any diet that would make me slim?

Well im average weight i guess and everyone says that but i wanna get skinnier is there a diet i can do that would help me lose a few pounds in the next two months or so- example of diet-eating vegetables only all day idk or something like that. Pls along with the diet say how much will it take to see a difference an how many pounds will i shed.

    Try Dr Oz Rapid Weight Loss Diet It sounds like it really works I am a Dr Oz advocate already and watch his show everyday good luck also try spliting your meals into smaller portions eating more smaller meals a day This alone can give you a metobolism boost and an energy shot

    Take healthy green vegetables.

    Don't take heavy meal at once, take 4-5 times small snacks in a day.

    Try to take juice before and after exercise.

    Just remove processed foods and carbs from your diet.on carbs you can just take less if you want..but eat fruits, vegetables,seeds and meat.Also drink alot of water.

    main hint:no processed foods and little or no carbs
