Can someone give me a method of how to upload anime and not get it removed!?
I am trying to upload anime content on to youtube. But even when i put that i do not own it and the copyright info then i still get my video removed and it sucks cause i just want it to be online. Like how do these other people that make AMV's get away with it? Is there a method, is it mirroring? Like can someone really tell me some how i can do this. Also to get legal audio without it being removed

There isn't much that can be done. Just because you can see other videos doesn't mean the uploader doesn't have copyright issues.
YouTube has a content identifying system. Movie, TV show, and music companies give youTube copies of their entertainment and YouTube enters it in a database. When a video is uploaded, it is scanned for copyrighted material as it processes and if your video matches something in their database, you're in trouble for violating copyrights.
You see others doing it because because at times it's only blocked in some countries, and your country isn't one it's blocked in. that doesn't mean the uploader doesn't have copyright issues. Being blocked in some countries is subject to change to being blocked worldwide at any given moment.
They scan the video for it's content, not check description disclaimers. "I don't own it" makes no sense. I will never understand why people say that. if you don't own it, why would you post it then? it wasn't yours to post.
Keep in mind it is called YOUtube, not THEIRtube. it's for you to post your own content, not Someone else's (Their's)
Mirroring it doesn't work. They can detect it by the audio

The whole anime clip or whatever would have to be completely "flipped". It is said that it works but I think doing this just increases the chance of NOT getting the copyright infringement but it might still be possible to get it. just less of a chance

YT will keep removing whatever they find illegal.
maybe you should upload on torrent sites like Nyaa
