What were you thinking?

i don't disagree with your premise but name calling from either side doesn't help. yes welfare, food stamps, etc. existed prior to obama but what is he doing about it? 93% of african americans voted for him in 08, 4 yrs. later 96% voted for him yet all statistics showed they were worse off. what does that tell you? who controlled congress in 06? democrats, so yes they share some blame for the recession. his first 2 yrs. in office he had a huge majority in both houses and what was accomplished? the line "i inheirited the worst recession since the great depression" isn't factual. the recession reagan inheirited from carter was far worse, i lived through it. to say obama is a great president is insane, he's not even a mediocre one. he was less qualified and has been more divisive than any president in my lifetime. when i was a kid we had the game "clue" obama needs to get one.

From the beginning President Obama was elected NOT because he was qualified.....NOT because he has done a good job...... He was elected out of black pride and white guilt..... only 26% of the people vote..... and unless America wakes up.....100% of America will suffer

NOW I know people will say I am racist.....NO..... I actually hoped he would do a good job.....but he has, for whatever reason FAILED.....and continues to fail......

Nixon had no direct connection to Watergate and the use of the IRS for politics.....HE was run out of office for the cover-up..... Everyone is screaming about these "phony" scandals....they have no direct connection with Obama ...... but he also is not supporting a complete investigation .....de facto....covering up the truth.....

I'd apologize, but I can't seem to come up with anything he has done to create dependence on government programs. I know food stamps, welfare, etc. all existed long before he took office. The only way you can blame him for doing that is if you can find some way to blame him for the recession that started before he took office. Is that what your "thinking" tells you?

President Obama has done a great job, as evidenced by his reelection. Your team lost, and America won.
