Why are the McDonald's Galaxy Caramel McFlurry's non-vegetarian?
On the McDonald's website, there doesn't seem to be anything non-vegetarian in the ingredients (http://m.mcdonalds.co.uk/components.php?item_id=11...
However the allergen breakdown states it's non-vegetarian (http://m.mcdonalds.co.uk/allergens.php?item_id=112...
Anyone able to enlighten us and anyone else who wants to know?

It's the emulsifiers. Mono and di-glycerides are very vague terms, since you don't know from where it's derived.
Chances are that McD doesn't know the source, so they're labeling it this way.

Finally... Someone who's just like me. ^_^ There's nothing else that I would buy at the McDonald's other than McFlurry... It doesn't matter it's caramel or Oreo.

My only guess is that maybe the sugar contains bone char, or that maybe the emulsifiers are not vegetarian derived?
