In the United Kingdom, if an employment contract is signed with a company that has two shareholders one and one director. But several years later the company structure changes to one shareholders (in the sense that one sold his shares) and two directors (original director resigned, one of the directors is the existing shareholder and a new director), is the original employment contract still valid if nothing has been signed since the company structure changes?

Or do I ultimately need to either read the contract carefully or get qualified legal advice?

So I've just paid for my PS4 ready for release on Friday and one of the questions asked by the sales person was...

Sales person: "Do you have PS Plus?"

Me: "No"

Sales person: "Well we are offering *blah blah blah*.... It is recommended as you will need PS Plus."

So correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I am aware (from reading several trusted reports) I can still use play PS4 games offline. For example Battlefield 4 solo campaign will be playable, but if I then wanted to play multi player I would need to purchase a PS Plus subscription.

Or have I missed the press release where it has been confirmed I will need a PS Plus subscription whether or not I want to play online?

I've upgraded from a BlackBerry Torch to a Sony Xperia Z and was wondering if it's possible to disconnect from the Mobile Network, so that I'm only connecting to internet etc by WiFi. Is this possible and if so, how do I turn it off?

The BlackBerry is/was very simple to turn off. But doesn't seem that straight forward with the Xperia?

So I recently left an answer for a question, however it was reported as a violation and subsequently the answer was removed and I was fined 10 points.

But what I want to know is how many times can this happen before you're banned from Yahoo answers?

Also, if the answer was deleted by Yahoo Canada and then I leave another answer and this gets reported as violation. BUT Yahoo Germany deletes the answer and fines my 10 points, does this count towards being banned?

Just wondering if anyone else here who isn't a lacto-ovo- vegetarian, do you call yourselves "vegetarian" when asked by others to save time and confusion. Or do you go into which sub-catorgry you are such as "Pescetarian" or "raw vegan" to educate others especially meat eaters.

So I recently won a tapas hamper and the contents are as follows:

Chilli powder

Black olives

Whole piquillo peppers

Artichoke hearts

Catalan almonds

& sherry

However I've been unable to find any ideas on what I could do with the above ingredients.

Therefore I should be grateful if I could have some vegetrain/pescetarian tapas ideas.

I've already tried a number of different search terms on various search engines. But have found nothing that is to my needs.

The things I'm looking for are various quotes, for example "Forgive me Father for I have sinned," or "Teach me how to live, O LORD. Lead me along the right path, for my enemies are waiting for me."
