I recently read an article about a Yank who spent 20 years away from the states and he says most countries barely think of the U.S. at all. We Yanks were taught in school to exaggerate our importance in the world. Yes, we get the credit for winning the Pacific Theater of WW2, but it was the Brits and ANZAC who did most of the fighting in Europe. We were late to that party.

I really don't care about you guys. I don't care about people who live in the same country as me so why the hell would i care about a country a few thousand miles away.
