i believe the dub may have been in cartoon network at 2005?
idk i just remember seeing late at nigth waiting for my day to come home and now since i am into anime i wanted see what it was. it creeped me out.
ok i remember there i a bunch of people turning into wolves. these wolves were fighting bloody battles with each other. there was on silver wolf who tried eating his girlfriend wolf or something. idk.

Not many I think. . .And based on your description I think it was Wolfs Rain.
But I don't know if it was aired on that channel and in that year because I only know the original run and that was 2003.
But I watched shows online already at that time so I think it might be the one you're looking for.
