Is McDonald's unfairly criticized by class snobs, locavore foodies and militant anti-corporate types?

I feel that plant-based foods are not snobbish at all and that fat-drenched processed foods are made for poor people to kill us off lol. Even the poorest person can eat healthy. Most health food stores take E.B.T and food banks only give healthy foods. I get food-stamps and they are more than enough to get through the month regardless of what others might say. If you buy good healthy food and not processed junk even the poorest person can make it.

First of all, you can get plant foods at McDonald's. Their salads are made with top-of-the-line greens and other veggies. Their smoothies are made with premium fruit. One does not have to make poor choices simply because they eat at McDonald's. However, the fat is not the biggest issue with the type of food you can get at McDonald's and the Omega 6 oils used for frying the french fries and such is every bit as unhealthy as the animal fats It's actually the white flour and the refined carbohydrates that are far more harmful.

Selectively, some of the selections are good. They're iced coffee is very good. Although, I don't make a habit of going there.
