You're experiencing cravings - not actual hunger. You have to fight them and keep yourself occupied. Get outside and do exercise to lose weight (check your BMI to see how much you need to lose. Also, make sure you get your doctor's input before you begin the process.) If you're still hungry, eat healthy things to satisfy your cravings (fruit, raw vegetables ect.) and drink lots of water (it fills you up)

Do NOT diet/starve/make yourself throw up. You will only damage your body and you won't lose any weight. You could be left with terrible health problems.

As horrible as it sounds, the only safe way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthily. Burn more than you eat and you'll lose weight.

Fit exercise into your daily life (e.g walking to/from school, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk the dog ect.) but don't go crazy at buying gym memberships unless you'll stick to them. Build up the exercise gradually and not all at once so you can get used to it.

Don't measure yourself every day because you'll think "Oh god, I gained a pound!" when your weight fluctuates. Instead, weigh yourself once a week at the same time (e.g every Monday at 4pm.)

Remember, if you change nothing, nothing will change.

Good luck to you! You can do it, it's just about willpower!
