Debenhams Manufacturers Case ID?
The hard drive for my laptop which I purchased from Debenhams Plus has recently died so I'm sending the laptop back for a replacement as it is still under warranty. When I was filling out the returns form, Debenhams requested the "Manufacturers Case ID", however I don't know what this is and where I can find it, and I can't send my form without this information.
If anyone knows where I can locate this, please answer.

When you buy a laptop at a store, the store has a return policy, often 30 days free replacement. The laptop is also covered by a manufacturer's warranty from the laptop manufacturer (Dell, Toshiba, HP, etc). If you are returning the item under the store return policy, there is no manufacturer's case ID yet. To get a case ID, you must make a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the laptop.
