Do I have to have a license to make/sell and deliver tea from my home?
There is a tea drink that is sold in the town I live in, but they charge $10 per one serving(6oz) and it's really out of the way. Would it be illegal or do we have to get a license to make and sell the tea ourselves, even offering delivery, if enough was purchased? The tea contains an ingredient that is only sold out of the country and it wold be very profitable, I was jsut wondering what laws exist in this area. thanks guys

Yes. This is a bad idea because what if someone got sick? You'd have no way of protecting yourself if they decided to create a lawsuit. Props for trying to be an entrepreneur though

Call your local Chamber of Commerce (assuming you live in the US) and ask them.
