Can I have a bar of chocolate everyday?
I'm a 14 year old boy and I love chocolate. I'd say I eat a healthy diet but recently I have been adding a chocolate bar into my diet. I do a lot of exercise, I jog 3 mornings a week, go on long bike rides and I'm generally an active person. As long as I have my 3 healthy meals a day, and do my exercise is it Ok to include a chocolate bar? Will I go fat?
P.S I'm quite often hungry after my dinner so I figured I'm obviously not eating enough even with the Chocolate?

if you're hungry, then you're not eating enough food. There's a difference between being hungry and being able to eat more food.
But anyways, yeah you probably can have a bar of chocolate every day. Unless you're talking about a huge king size chocolate bar then to be honest it probably wont affect much. Just check your weight no more than once per week.

Hey it's alright i mean it woun't kill you and you will not put on weight but would it not be better instead of eating a bar of chocolate that contains 200calories you could eat a big sandwitch with veggies and you probably woun't feel that hungry?
But i woun't kill you if you eat the chocolate :)
