What does STL mean next to nursing job postings?

I am new graduate RN an have been applying for jobs. Some posting I see say "STL" next to the position - anyone know what this means? For example there are postings that say "L&D" and then there are other postings that say "L&D STL". I have asked my sister who has been a nurse for over 10 years and even she does not know what this means, and neither do my fellow nursing school graduates. Thanks again to anyone who knows the answer!!!

Chances are high it's the hospital location. Are you in San Francisco? It means St. Luke. In other cities, it will be a hospital that's probably St. L______.

Some universities will list their Science Teaching Lab as STL, but my bet is that it's St. L* hospital.

Could this indicate the location of the job? Like if the hospital has an affiliate hospital in another city or under another name that might use the initials STL, like St. Louis, or something? Just a thought. It's not an abbreviation I'm familiar with in terms of a job description. Good luck.
