Does anyone cook sugar snap peas?

I just picked the last of this year's sugar snaps from the garden and I realized that I have never cooked any in the 7 or 8 years I have been growing them. They are so sweet and tasty raw that none have made it to the pan. Is this unusual?

Update:

The snow peas get stir fried and several pounds go in the freezer every year, but the snap peas never last long enough.

You need to cook them like the great Chinese do--fast, fast, fast with scalding peanut oil, ginger, a drop of sesame oil, soy sauce and a little starch. Serve immediately!
