I have an HP 2011x and its not?

The screen doesn't want to turn on. It constantly says Monitor going to sleep. And somes times when I turn it on the computer itself. Its like it is constantly restarting...

Help please.

    Could be the monitor could also be the power supply .

    But have you been into settings to make sure you have not set the computer to do this .
