Does my piercing look ok?

Looks fine it's only red cause you did it today so except some swelling and redness make sure you clean it well with sea salt water and it will be fine

The piercing looks good but not around it , use salty water or antiseptic spray/cream and apply it with clean hands , dont play with it and let it heal

well, you shouldn't EVER pierce yourself, but by the looks of it it looks good. I would still get it checked out by a doctor or something just in case.

Stop touching it and the redness will go away and make sure you stay religious with salt water cleaning
