What would the ocean look like if it was above boiling point?

Lets say the temperatures were 230 degrees F. Would there be bubbles on the surface? Id imagine the whole ocean wouldn't boil at the same time because can be 36,000 feet deep and it averages 10,000 feet deep and it is cold at those depths. So would it just be the surface that bubbles or something?

Update:

I mean if the air temperature was 230 degrees not the water temperature. If the air temperature was above waters boiling point hat would it look like on the oceans?

The planet would not have any defined ocean boundaries; instead, it would get denser and more liquid as you got deeper. We have found several planets that are actually like this. Of course, we only have so so much water on Earth, so I don't know how that'd affect things.

If the oceans where above boiling point then yes they would bubble and evaporate until there was no oceans left.

The oceans would look steamy like a hot tub.
