If you could change one thing about our sexual dimorphism, what would you change?
For those who aren't familiar with the term, sexual dimorphism is any difference between two sexes of a species, which may or may not be related to actual sexual function. Broad shoulders in men and wide hips in women is one example of sexual dimorphism in humans, aside from the obvious differences in reproductive faculties.
For example, I would reverse the strength discrepancy, specifically to reduce instances of rape. Not that men can't be raped, but, anatomically speaking, physical arousal of males - which oftentimes in crisis situations cannot happen - is essentially required for penetration, while physical arousal of women is not.
So what about you? What would you change and why?

I don't think anything should change. Nature should be left at what it is.
I'd like to quote for you if I may "How The Mind Works" by Steven Pinker. If you don't know who he is, he's a professor of psychology and the director of the cognitive neuroscience at Harvard University. This particular book was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 1998. So this is a highly respected book by a very reputable scientist.
Oh and if you're not a feminist to which these criticisms do not apply then feel free to ignore it. But I know you are a feminist though and I just have to get this out. Especially since you posted on my question and didn't respond back to me.
He offers this criticism of feminism:
"The unstated premise that nature is nice lies behind many of the objections to the Darwinian theory of human sexuality. Carefree sex is natural and good, it is assumed, so if someone claims that men want it more than women do, it would imply that men are mentally healthy and women neurotic and repressed. That conclusion is unacceptable, so the claims that men want carefree sex more than women do cannot be correct. Similarly, sexual desire is good, so if men rape for sex (rather than to express anger towards women), rape would not be as evil. Rape is evil; therefore the claim that men rape for sex cannot be correct. More generally, what people instinctively like is good, so if people like beauty, beauty would be a sign of worth. Beauty is not a sign of worth, so the claims that people like beauty cannot be correct.
These kinds of arguments combine bad biology (nature is nice), bad psychology (the mind is created by society), and bad ethics (what people like is good). Feminism would lose nothing by giving them up."
— Steven Pinker
We begin to see the flaws of feminism. They view the inequalities that still exist between the sexes not as an evolutionary construct but as a social construct. The truth however is evolution is what made man the more sexual of the two genders. Because having sex with a wide array of promiscuous women was the evolutionary survival strategy that most benefited man. Women evolved a very different strategy, they would find a male partner and use him to protect their offspring and therefore their genetic legacy. Men would agree to this because the women would provide sex.
In other words, Men provide love to get sex. Women provide sex to get love. This isn't to say that all men are cheaters that are constantly on the lookout for new prospects and it's not to say that women are all gold diggers who are looking for the man who has the most power and influence to protect them. All I'm saying is that this is the evolutionary strategy that benefited the genders best throughout our history. If you look at the social structure of any society, you're gonna see those same values reflected in some major way.

I would change how much testosterone I have, I am way too potent. I've glazed faces and made them look like a krispy kreme donut with this puppy down here. I get way too horny way too easily, it's embarrassing. I want to bone and hump every female I see in public and I've done time in jail for it. I just wish I wasn't such a sexual beast, I wish there was some way to tone it down a notch.
