Why is it since Christ Jesus mission was to the lost sheep of Israel, and it was not until Pentecost did God?
not until Pentecost did God reach out to the gentiles beginning at Jerusalem, that it has become almost an exclusive non Jewish religion.? Since it was Christ disciples who were Jews, brought salvation in Christ to us. whatever happened to those early Jews who were followers of Christ?
peter I dont know what you are talking about, but it was the Holy spirit that descended on those people at Pentecost, where Christ was preached by His disciples.

Hebrews 11 tells us it has always been salvation by faith, by the grace of God.
4 By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks.
5 By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
7 By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
If you go back in history, God several times saved gentiles. Rahab and her family come to know God and are saved. Joshua 2.
The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by Elijah. 21 And he stretched himself out on the child three times, and cried out to the Lord and said, “O Lord my God, I pray, let this child’s soul come back to him.” 22 Then the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came back to him, and he revived. 1 Kings 17
Also remember the words in Romans 6:6 But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel. God has always looked to the heart, not the physical inheritance.
Israel was meant to be an evangelising people and a testimony of who God was. They failed in this, and at last became the branch that was broken off. During Tribulation they will be imputed with righteousness again, as God always keeps His promises. The "lost sheep" will again be gathered.
There is, and has always been a remnant of true Israel believing. Now it is the few that have accepted that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Messiah.

Well in acts 2:38 acts8, and acts chapter 10, shows that Jews, Samaritans, and Gentiles were all followers, of the doctrine of Christ after he ascended to heaven. You should really read the whole book of acts, it tells the action of what occurred after Jesus rose. Good stuff.

Its called polarization - extreme grouping
Most groups tend towards this over time
Christianity is Judaism concluded in perfection - and Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of the Hebrew faith.
Thats the message of the Holy Bible. A faithful Jew wrote these words:
Hbr 12:2 We look unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to [our] father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
