Do you think Johnny Manziel could be a First round pick?

I know what your thinking your a idiot for even asking that question but hey you got to think Tebow was a first round pick though and i feel that maybe a team would be willing to risk drafting him like the jags. browns, cardinals. you what do you guys think and why?

It depends on his work ethic the next couple seasons. If he performs well in practice, eats healthy, and gets lots of exercise by running he could be a first round draft pick.

Tebow was a first round pick, and everyone laughed at McDaniels for that pick. Given how Tebow turned out, I doubt that someone takes a chance on Tebow Jr. Especially since, unlike Tebow, Manziel is a locker room cancer and world class idiot. He'll be lucky to be taken by the 3rd round, and will burn out of football within 3 years.

McDaniels was pretty obsessed with Tebow, he panicked and traded three high picks for him. However, Tebow was amazing in college but his mechanics were a little off, I thought he was more of a mid 2nd round pick.

Manziel is a immature, idiot, douche bag drunk who has a awkward throwing motion and somewhere near Matt Barkley's arm strength. Their are also many other QB's that teams will probably rather look at such as Murray, McCarron, Boyd, Carr, Fales, Bridgewater, Mariota, Renner, Hundley, Hogan...

Of course, like McDaniels, it only take's one knucklehead to snag him in the 1st...

I think he goes around top-middle of the second, about the same area we saw Geno Smith.

If I took any guess, you'll see the Vikings, Jags, browns or Broncos (Not sold on Osweiler) as a value pick. I think he sits on the bench at least 1-2 years before he becomes starter quality.

Source(s): Bucs could be another landing place, if they don't work something out with Freeman. I think they'd be the most likely to use a too-high draft pick for him, though.

Tebow was only a first rounder by technicality. 31 teams and every member of the media agreed that he was a 3rd rounds value AT BEST. However, a moron had been hired in Denver.

It depends on his performance in football during this upcoming season. If Johnny Manziel performs very well in football during this upcoming season, he will greatly improve his chances of becoming an elite college football quarterback for the Texas A&M Aggies, who could repeat as Heisman Trophy winner this upcoming season, as well as get drafted in the first round to play for an NFL team next spring.
