"Blue Balls" is a term that guys say when they aren't fully satisfied, sexually. Being that you didn't make him ejaculate. Which is not expected if you are only making out. Blue balls to men can seem like probably getting punched in the balls, it gives them a stomach ache but goes away. The main way for them not to get "blue balls" is to have them reach climax.
