WCW 90s question...............................?

Who was the main booker, if there was one, behind feuds like DDP-Raven, and Jericho-Malenko in WCW.

Also, who was the best booker/writer WCW ever had, in your opinion?

Update:

my only fond memory of Russo (and Jeff Jarrett) was in the infamous shoot incident on Hogan, but only because I'd been waiting for someone to say it. even if it was a "work"

Update 2:

Russo was ONE of the writers in the Attitude era. There was a filter, as he was part of a group, so they probably used his better ideas, but not others

Update 3:

plus, I said WCW booker, not WWF. Russo's WCW stint was horrendous, though I do at least give him credit for finally attempting to push new young stars, since noone else would previously

It was a committee that included Eric Bischoff, Kevin Nash, Dusty Rhoades, Jimmy Hart and Kevin Sullivan.

Russo was one of the writers for WWE during the Attitude era. He was actually the Director of Creative for the WWE at the time and report directly to Vince McMahon. The other writers reported to Vince Russo, Russo would filter their ideas with his own and present to Vince McMahon who would then tweak the scripts to his liking.

Day of the show production meeting to go over script with Vince McMahon and many of the top talents.

Then many of the top talents, the main event talents would edit them to their liking which would then cause some last minute rewrites and script changes.

The Best thing Vince Russo did in WWE, WCW and in TNA was push Youth. He was always about pushing youth which was what I always liked about him. He wasnt affraid to push the youth or repackage a older vet who's gimmick had become stale.
