Is there some way I can return my Yahoo Group to it's prior format?

Today when I went to my Yahoo Group to view photos being discussed in a message, the formatting of my group was TOTALLY TRASHED. I don't think it's an accident. I think Yahoo has changed the format of our Yahoo Groups and the command line is altered to show /neo/ as part of the URL.

The new format is TOTALLY UNWORKABLE!

THEY HAVE DESTROYED THE FORMAT I HAD ON THE GROUP'S OPENING PAGE! I HONOR NEW GROUP MEMBERS EACH MONTH BY POSTING THEIR ANIMALS' PHOTOS ON THE GROUP HOME PAGE AND THAT GROUP HOME PAGE HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A FORMAT THAT IS NOT WORKABLE.

WHEN I CLICK ON PHOTOS, THE FORMAT IS NOT WORKABLE. I CANNOT SEE A LIST OF PHOTO ALBUMS.

EVERY PART OF THE GROUP THAT I HAVE VISITED HAS A TOTALLY NEW, UNAPPEALING, UNWORKABLE FORMAT. THEY ARE DESTROYING THE GROUPS!

THEY DID -NOT- NOTIFY US GROUP OWNERS THAT THEY INTENDED TO MAKE THESE CHANGES AND I CAN'T EVEN FIND ANY WAY TO GIVE THEM FEEDBACK AND THE HELP FILES ARE -NOT- HELPFUL IN THIS SITUATION. THERE'S NO WAY THAT I CAN FIND TO CONTACT YAHOO AND TELL THEM HOW HORRIBLE THIS IS.

THE ABILITY TO SEARCH THE MESSAGE ARCHIVES IS ALSO GONE.

I CANNOT FIND EVEN ONE THING ABOUT THE NEW FORMAT THAT I WOULD CALL -GOOD- OR -BENEFICIAL-

Update:

Eevie, thanks for the links. I'll use them and see if I can get any relief! I'll try to let you know if I have any luck.

Update 2:

Thank you Shalf, I'll visit that link as well. I used the 1st one already that Eevie gave me. I've also posted a notice on Facebook after I tried to use the new option to "reorder" your group list and the way it works STINKS!

Update 3:

ps56k - I don't think this is an accident. In reviewing all my Yahoo links, I suddenly realize that my Yahoo email, which changed format some months ago, ALSO has the /neo/ in it's url now that didn't exist before. I had not noticed it till I had the problem with my group being altered.

There's some hope staff will reply to this question. If not, another venue is the Groups Feedback forum.

I'm a moderator of a group and a few of the readers have complained of the new format. My page has not changed. I don't know how to help them. They are frustrated and with over 100 readers to this group many are getting fed up. Any help? Does anybody at Yahoo care?

I would love to see the new changes somewhere on some YG page as an example ??

If they also CHANGE the format of the URLs - by adding /neo/

then any outside links to our YG will also be broken.

There is NO mention of this major change on the YG Blog -

    http://www.ygroupsblog.com/blog/

I'm wondering if maybe this was an accident, especially with the URL mod of /neo/

and the "testing/staging" was accidently let out of its sandbox ...

Sorry to say but Yahoo Groups is updating their sites and it seems we will be stuck with this new, horrible format. There is no way to reverse the change unless Yahoo Groups does it. This change has only happened on a small number of groups thus far.

You may be able to post your concerns on their Message Board at: http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=groups&sort=dat...

Or you can contact Customer Care at: http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=contac...

    Hope this helps some. =]
