Is our President geographically illiterate?

He doesn't even know how many states there are, how can we expect him to know where the cities and ports are located in within the United States.

Only a complete Idiot would mis-hear President Obama, who was saying The Gulf AND in places" a lot of people use verbal short cuts on the assumption that their audience is smart enough to "connect the dots, the majority listening to President Obama speak understood him perfectly. It is much like President Obama's "you did not build it ---" speech, too often Obama ignores the fact that certain people have selective hearing and are ready to jump all over his every word.

PS Either fatigue on the campaign trail OR fifty states and Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, The District of Columbia, such places as Midway and Wake Island, in other words States & Territories and/or - - - Obama does stutter andmost rational people can understand how fifty uh and can sound like fifty seven
