On August 8, 2013 at around (12:41 Am) Mr. pierre Giusti came to the front desk wanted access to Unit# 1905 Mr. James.  I checked Connect to verify if Mr. pierre was listed under Mr. James guests list.  Mr. pierre was listed under contractor, I informed Mr. pierre I will notified the resident that you are here.  Mr. pierre told me is no need to call the resident because he is sleep and his name already on the list. I informed pierre I have to call Mr. James unless the computer is annotated with “No call needed” for that person, and in your situation is not noted I informed him.  I called the resident Mr. ray he stated that Mr. Gianpierre is listed on the computer , I informed him about our protocol and he was very understanding, and he was going to talk to Asst. danny make some changes on that.

On August 8, 2013  at around 12:41 a.m. Mr. Pierre Giusti came to the front desk where I worked, because he wanted access to unit #1905. I checked on the computer to verify if Mr.Pierre was listed on Mr. James guest list. He had been listed as a contractor. I informed Mr. Pierre that I would notify the resident that he was here, but he told me there is no need to inform the resident because he is asleep and his name is already on the list. I informed him of the proper protocol  that I have to tell Mr. James, unless the computer says "no call needed" or if the computer had a note that stated otherwise. I called the resident Mr. James, and he said that Mr. Pierre was listed on the computer and he was going to have his assistant Danny, correct the mistake. Mr. James was very understanding.
