How to uninstall a program that cannot be found and cannot be repaired?

I downloaded Corel Draw and my computer turned off halfway through. This resulted in the program in being partially installed. I attempted to remove it, but to no avail. So I tried to repair it which stayed at the same screen with no progress for hours and was not proceeding anywhere. I checked control panel and could not locate it there, so I found it in the program files(x86) and deleted it from there. I assumed this worked, but when I tried to re-install the program it only came up with modify, repair or remove. With only the two options again I tried both methods again, the repair could not find the setup.msi file and the uninstall just proceeded to do nothing for an hour. There is no files i can locate that relate to the program, I have searched all my program files and have typed the program name into the start-up search which refused to work also.

I am thinking about trying a system restore, but I thought I'd check with you guys first to see if there is any other methods to try.

Update:

It can't locate the software?

    You could try more ways:

    1/ C:\ Program Data \

    2/ C:\ Windows\ System32

3/ C:\Users\your PC's name\ App data; check on Local; LocalLow or Roaming to see if that software is still there

4/ Start\ run\ type : regedit, check on HKey_Current_User\Software...., HKey_ Current_ Machine\Software, and delete all of files related to Core Draw.

    Restart your PC again.

Aaaargh! Never delete Program Files folders. It's like whacking off a program's arm or leg but leaving the rest of the program alone. It just creates a mess because parts of the installation are left in the registry and who-knows-where-else on your hard drive:-(

But I've had friends who've done exactly what you've done except with Microsoft Office and called me in hysterics because, when they tried to re-install the program, all they got was an error message. I've used Revo Uninstaller freeware version successfully. Don't go overboard with it. Just use the light and safe option to hunt for the parts of CorelDraw that are still on your hard drive.

Scroll down for the Download link.

REVO removed the remnants of Office so I think it can handle CorelDRAW.
