any good romance comedy animes?

TONARI NO KAIBUTSU KUN Shizuku is only focused on her studies and likes to be alone, she doesn't have any friends. one day she meets Haru Yoshida the troublemaker of the school who is always absent, he takes a liking to Shizuku instantly and he starts going to school just to be with her, most to Shizuku's annoyance. Great romantic anime and very funny too

ITAZURA NA KISS Kotoko confess her love to Naoki Irie, the most smartes/popular and handsome guy in school but he rejects her right away calling her stupid, now she is heartbroken but after a little accident they end up living together. At the start Naoki is always making fun of Kotoko and always humililating in front of people, but after time passes both of them change, specially him.

INU X BOKU SS (very similar to Kamisama Hajimemashita) Ririchiyo likes to be alone and that is why she moves to this building, she meets Soushi a half fox demon/half human, he becomes Ririchiyo's secret agent without her really agreeing, He is obssess and in love with Ririchiyo telling her that he saved him in the past and now He will be her dog, he is always polite and very submissive around her, but Ririchiyo do not remember meeting him in the past.

HANASAKERU SEISHOUNEN Kajika has to choose a husband out of three guys she will befriend. All of them are rich/powerful, handsome and unique and all of them develop feelings for her. Kajika has a childhood friend "Li-Ren" who is 5 years older than her and he is a very powerful leader, He becomes her guardian, Li-Ren is very strong/smart and sexy and he has a very mature and cold personality, he has been in love with kajika since he met her but he never expresses his true feelings.

KIMI NI TODOKE Sawako has a very creepy appearance and that is why she doesn't have any friends, everybody is scared of her, but she is actually very sweet and polite, one day the most popular guy in school starts talking to her, after that everything changes for her.

KAICHOU WA MAID SAMA Misaki is the president of the student council, she has a very tough personality specially with the boys but she has a secret, she works as a maid at a cosplay cafe. Usui the most popular/handsome and smartest guy in school discovers her secret, He starts going to the cafe everyday to see her (he also promises to keep her secret safe) He takes an interest in her and soon falls in love with Misaki, he is always protecting and worrying about her, often giving her advice.

Tohru Honda becomes homeless time after her mother dies, while camping outside on private property she is discovered by the Sohma's. RANMA 1/2 about Ranma and Akane who get engaged without agreeing and they live together

AMNESIA about a girl who looses all her memories one day, she keeps waking up the same day with a different guy as her boyfriend.

HIIRO NO KAKERA about a girl who becomes a princess, she has a group of guardians who protect her.

Romance and Comedy. The perfect anime for that genre would have to be The World God Only Knows.

It's about a gamer who plays nothing but dating simulators and hes tricked into signing a contract with demons and is not forced to make Real girls fall in love with him.

I'd also go for Sakurasou No pet Na Kanojo ( It has a nickname known as the Almost Toradora but in my opinion it's alot better.)

Yumeiro Patissiere

Fourteen-year-old Ichigo Amano is clumsy and doesn't have any talent except for eating sweets (specifically cakes). When she stumbles upon a Sweets Festival, she meets Henri-sensei who acknowledges her ability of taste and invites her to transfer to St. Marie Academy to become a pâtissière. Ichigo has trouble adjusting initially, but with the help of the 3 Sweets Princes (Makoto Kashino, Satsuki Hanabusa, and Sennosuke Andou) and the Sweets Spirits (Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel, and Cafe), she gains the confidence and skill to work towards becoming a pâtissière.

Kahoko Hino is a student in the General Education section of Seiso Academy. As she practices, Kahoko is amazed that she can play any musical piece as long as she knows the tune and plays it with her heart. As the competition goes on, she becomes more and more attached to the people she is trying to compete with.

Uta No Prince-sama

With dreams of becoming a composer and someday writing a song for her favorite idol, Haruka Nanami enters the Saotome Academy, a prestigious performing arts school. Brothers Conflict

As she gets to know all of them, will one of her step-brothers fall in love with Ema?

I'm just gonna list one anime because everyone else listed a lot but I did not see the anime Kimi ni todoke. Holy crap that anime is awesome. It's so funny and romantic. It's a great anime and refreshing. It has two seasons. I don't expect to be best answer but I highly suggest this anime to you!
