Anime with a survival aspect?

I'll list a couple of survival anime. As for the other stuff that's way too general of a description. There are thousands of anime that fit into the action/romance category. I would recommend searching an anime website with a tag cloud system or organizing.

Deadman Wonderland - Ganta is the only survivor after a mysterious man in red slaughters a classroom full of teenagers. He's framed for the carnage, sentenced to die, and locked away in the most twisted prison ever built: Deadman Wonderland. And then it gets worse.

Another - 26 years ago, in a third-year classroom of a middle school, there was a student named Misaki. As an honors student who was also good at sports, she was popular with her classmates. When she suddenly died, her classmates decided to carry on as if she was still alive until graduation. Then, in the spring of 1998, a boy named Sakakibara Kouichi transfers to the class, and he grows suspicious of the fearful atmosphere in that classroom. In particular, there is a beautiful, aloof girl named Mei Misaki who wears an eyepatch and is always alone drawing pictures. Students start dying, and it's up to Misaki and Kouichi to figure out why and how to stop it.

Gantz - Thought your life was bad? Sometimes, death is worse. There is no salvation, peace, nor god waiting to receive you into their care. But wait, a god? Maybe you are talking about that big black ball stuck in the room with you. Now you are thrown into a game, fighting green aliens and robot monsters for the chance to survive.

When Kei Kurono is killed, he thus finds himself caught in such a game; a test of his skills, morals and will to survive. His life is not his own, his death spat and trampled upon over and over again. What happens if he does not listen? God knows.

A word of warning: Gantz is not for the faint-hearted, but neither is it as simple as it looks. Gore, rape and violence is rampant, as are portrayals of greed, violence, and all the ugliness that one sees in society today.

1. Fate/zero is the best survival anime with a huge budget. It's about groups of two one is called a master the second, servant. The servants have magic powers and are based on real people or myths like Alexander the great or king author the winners get the holy grail which will grant one wish.

2. Fate stay night, it's older than fate zero because fate zero is the preqil but its good to but there currently redoing it so watch fate zero then the remake of fate stay night

3. Deadman wounderland, takes place in a jail that's also an amusement park the prisoners work there and some have powers to control there blood if they don't fight the coolers they wear kill them

Idk about the surival one but Definitly check out the anime show Inuyasha for action and romance :) so addicting! And maybe try Soul Eater
