If you are that nervous then you need to stop now. Learn to control your nerves. If necessary, get counselling to learn how to control your anxiety. There are too many marginal drivers to allow any more nervous drivers on the roads.

You need to learn why you are nervous. What else makes you nervous besides driving? Are you nervous as a passenger? Find out the cause of the nervousness. Deal with it. When you can be confident in a car, then start the lessons all over.

well if u keep talking like that you ll be taking the bus for the rest of your life... you want to be calm deep breaths relaxed...stay focused talk your self through it... & try not to let other drivers bother your attention.. maybe have a sticker that says new driver give me a break or something.. I find humor helps try to have a teacher with a nice personality..patient.. funny.. or smiles.. smile a lot not too much they ll think your a fruit cake.. remember your others friends going place having fun while your stuck waiting on the bus its a pain in the ***.. patients is a virtue...it truly is...you ll gain the confidence more and you figure since your new u haven't hit anything yet just keep it that way for the rest of your life it worked up to this point right? and good judgment.. all ways stay in control of your ride..ok ciao good luck..

A good instructor will be able to teach you to drive and instil confidence as you learn. If you don't understand something or are unable to do it well, ask your to give more help and guidance.

Perfect practice makes perfect. A personable instructor should be able to gauge your driving ability and slowly push your comfort zone while keeping you safe.
