do I need to see a doctor? can't move left arm very much?
So I went to bed last night. Woke up this morning and I can't move my left arm half as much as my right arm. And I when I do move my arm it is very painful. On a scale of 1 to 10 its a 7.

maybe wait a day or two, and then if it still hurts get it checked out

If it persists, yes. It could be that you just laid on it the wrong way, but you never know if it could be anything other than that unless you are seen by a doctor.
