Do all women feel men's strength during sex?

My girlfriend was saying the other day that one of the main turn-ons was the way a guy holds you. She said he needs to hold you a certain way which is gentle, but shows you he has strength, when you have sex. What do other women think of this?

    Yeah, I feel my boyfriend's strength, too. I like it as well.

    I'm not a woman, but imagine what a woman might have felt, before our modern times with laws, police, telephones, etc. How about 1000 years ago? How about 5000 years ago. Do you think women felt the strength of a man then?
