how do I get rid of any searches or history on my windows 7 desktop computer.?

I do not want to erase everything or any of the bookmarks. Also how do you hide folders?

    Depend on your browser. For Internet explorer. Type inetcpl.cpl into the search box on your start menu and press enter. You'll see a delete browsing history.

    Also hiding folders you sneaky sneak...

    Go to YouTube and put in the search bar "How to delete Cookies forever" look for the username in the listed videos with Haig it has numbers with his name he shows you how to do this.
