Please help me!! Am I gonna die?? I feel so weak?

Ok so the day before yesterday I ate pasta and then ice cream from carvel. And yesterday I had such a huge headache which was killing me. And my throat burned when I swallowed. My ear hurted a Lot even if I didn't talk. And last night I tried going to sleep but all I did was shut my eyes. I was in bed 10pm and I didn't sleep but the next time I checked the time on my phone, it was 1 am. That's what I mean. That's what's been happening to me. EXTRA DETAILS-(maybe this will help more)

-I am 13 Years old

-I have Tonsils.

- I ALWAYS get ear infections. at least 4 times in 6 months.

I think this is an ear infection but I wanna know why I keep getting them. I read online somewhere that it's because I have tonsils. I don't know... So please help me? And yes.. I will go to the doc tomorrow but its killing me to kno what's wrong. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
