In terms of the number of deaths they are responsible for, and the sheer evil intent of their actions, I have a tie between George W Bush/Dick Cheney and the Nazi, Adolf Hitler.

I would have to go with this one gay black kid that tried to have sex with my boyfriend. He knew my boyfriend wasn't gay, and had a girlfriend of two years, but the little ***** still went for it.
