How dow do i know what's my immigration status?

I'm married to a US citizen. And have a child with him. It's been 2 years since my visa ended. He hasn't done my papers. I don't know much spanish, or almost anything of my country.

    So why has he not done anything about your papers....................and exactly WHAT visa did you enter on....................currently you sound out of status and fully eligible to be deported for at least a 10 year ban.....having a kid will NOT stop that from happening.

    Sounds like your status is illegal alien. Not knowing much Spanish means nothing.

    you've overstayed your visa, this is NOT the same as sneaking over the border. He needs to apply for a green card for you right away, and you need to seek legal advice to protect yourself.

    go to a lawyer for immigration they will help you , or come live with me ill help you
