Is Johnny Test a rip-off of everything?

Let's face it. It rips off everything.

The premise is a rip-off of Dexter's Laboratory, Jimmy Neutron. He's also the kid-dified version of Johnny Bravo. The theme song is a rip-off of Green Day's American Idiot. Oh, and those Pokemon themed episodes.

    Believe it or not, NOT EVERYTHING BASED ON OTHER THINGS IS A RIP-OFF????????

    As far as I know it's about a kid with a talking dog who goes on adventures. Not too much in common with Jimmy Neutron with the feel of the show. But if you wanna draw connections to early cartoons, feel free.
