Wrist injury! Please help!?

So ive had this pain on my left hand where the bone sticks out, but more deep inside. It is definitely a ligament or tendon that was damaged or stretched. Its been nearly 2 months since my injury. ive had days where the injury got better and i was confident to go back to my regular activity. I was wrong! i should've rested more until i was 110% healed! but now its back to hurting again and the pain feels like 6/10. I just want to know if my wrist will heal up back to its 100%. Will i be able to go back to my regular activity like before? I am now resting for good, as long as i have to, i have no choice. And i always have a wrist splint all the time to definitely make sure i heal properly this time. I can move my wrist in almost all directions except for pointing down while my hand is vertical, thats the only time it would hurt. How do i know if my injury is a grade 1,2 or 3?

Plus ive been to the chiropractor and still going to heal my injury, they have done some ultrasounds and i feel like its helping.

Well resting is definitely your best bet. Make sure to ice it and obviously not in the uncomfortable position. If it doesnt heal after wearing the splint for 4-6 weeks recieve further help. Like mri scanning and x-rays. Could you answer my question? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AmoTF...
