"It is just a memory and it worked by brain" is an accurate statement.

The memory is actually stored in chemical signals.

The digestive system, the immune system, the muscles, the remembered sensations from the proprioceptive, and somatosensory systems are all stored as chemical signals worked by the brain.

That means, however, that any storage of memory includes all forms of storage of memory. It includes writing, stone carving, architecture, dances, petroglyphs, forms of behavior, places to go, and places to avoid. It also includes the chemical memories stored by viruses, bacteria, protozoa.

So, our minds are matters of degree of complexity, not of kind. The brain is a matter of very interconnected places to store memory, and ways to coordinate them.

One of the big questions of philosophy is how the mind works. Philosophy would say that there are people who believe that the mind can be described as a machine is described, as components working together. This description has not been found.

At present, it is said that the mind is irreducible as far as philosophy is concerned. This means that we may distinguish it from other objects, we can describe what it does, but we cannot describe the inner workings.

Your statement that mind is "just a memory and it worked by brain" reveals a lack of understanding.
