Muscular guy....like me but im fat...is it possible?

Long story short... this guy always tried one way or another to talk to me every time I came in to his work place always smiled at me and like I said he always found a way to start convo even if someone else was already helping me....soooo I went in abiut 3 wks ago and he helped me out and while talking it came up how muscular he is and blah bkah and he told me I was beautiful and had a beautiful face...I told him he would never check a girl out like me bc of my wieght and he said that not true bc I dont like skinny twig girls I like mine ti have a bit extra bc I once was a big guy too. And so we exchanged numbers and he told me threw text he really did want my number but he was in a rocky relationships and he couldnt text me until it was over out of respect to his girlfriend but he wanted me nunber for sure and he also said " and of course taking to you was great!" And so on.so question......is ir possible. ... even if it isnt with this guy could a fit guy ever like a fat girl like me and yes I think I have a pretty face at least.... I just need to lose weight
