What age should my bros foreskin pull all the way back?
My little bro is 12, and we share a room at home, and he has started pulling his foreskin back. He can get it all the way back. He asked for some brotherly advice. I'm 17, and I pulled mine all the way back at 14. Is there any advice you can give me to give to my brother? Thanks.

The foreskin is actually fused to the glans at birth to protect it from infections and damage, and cannot be retracted until later.
If the boy himself pulls it back, then it won't be a problem, if it is still attached it will hurt to try to retract it, and no boy will do that to himself. If your brother has retracted his then it will have been fully detached.
The foreskin usually detaches from the glans before the start of puberty, and most guys have fully mobile foreskins by the time puberty is about half way.
I could pull mine most of the way back by 12, but the final bit didn't fully detach until I was about 14, so if your brother can fully retract his at 12 he won't have that problem.
It all sound good, I don't think he has any problems.

Let him pull the skin softly as much as possible for cleaning dirt. Not to use force.
