My brother is 12 and can pull his foreskin.?

My brother is 12 and can pull his foreskin back over his penis head. I just wanted to know if it was normal. I pulled mine at 14. Is it ok for him to pull it and keep it there??

    Its fine. Every boy develops differently and should be able to pull back his foreskin when the time is right for their body.
