Vaporizer Cigarette Health Benefit Timeline?
Bought a Vaporizer Cigarette 10 weeks ago and haven't smoked a cig since. At first I noticed the convenience of not smoking, and lack of smoke smelling clothing. Later I noticed a little more $ in my checking account before payday. Health-wise, about a week into it, my heart-rate at rest was about 10 beats a min slower, I can smell/breathe a little easier, coughing-up a little flem, I want to check my BP as I'm on BP meds and it might be lower? I'm still receiving nicotine even though I'm not inhaling the carcinogens of a cigarette.
Anybody that has quit for 6-12 months, could you list your timeline of Health Benefits?
@Richard. Let's assume I do not have a cheap one, and I'll re-iterate that there are some benefits that I've noticed. My question was to list timeline of health benefits, not tell me whether or not there are any.

Only coming up on 6 months, but I feel so much better. After 2 weeks my sense of smell went nuts, I spent about 5 days constantly asking what the weird smell was that no one else could detect. It calms down, but for awhile you feel like a bloodhound.
My blood pressure dropped almost immediately. For a week I had trouble sleeping, then the insomnia went away, within 2 weeks I stopped coughing up little gooballs with brown flecks. Within a month I stopped getting winded from light exertion and wasn't wheezing in yoga class. Within 2 months the smell of cigarettes was awful, and the taste was worse, now cigarette smell on other people makes me feel ill. After 4-5 months I stopped getting the occasional desire for a smoke when I was stressed or angry. I've not gotten a cold since December, which is not usual for me.
