Is it safe to take vitamin A after FINISHING ROACCUTANE?
Its been 8 months since i finished taking Roaccutane or Accutane and i was told not to take vitamin A whilst on it.Now i want to take a multivitamin for women from GNC and it contains 5000IU of vitamin A along with many other vitamins. Is it safe to take it? Please only answer if you are 100% sure :)

You eat food? Lot's of food's have vitamin's in them and mineral's ! If you have a balanced diet you should not need a MULTIVITAMIN supplement if eat plenty of green's,carrot's,parsley
and watercress there enough in take of vitamin A in these food's! also it is safe!

i might want to estimate that about 15% of my sufferers prefer to have a 2d round of accutane.
