will this power supply have enough power to run the graphics card in the system?

this is the power supply in the link below

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/500w-ezcool-silent-...

System specs:

Amd athlon dual core processor 4450e 2.3ghz (45W TDP)

nvidia geforce 8800 gts 512mb

3gb ram

1 hdd

1 dvd rw

1 card reader

1 case fan

it is a 500w power supply , it is one of those very cheap generic ones very light build but as you can see when you scroll down on the first link above it has the following voltage specifications , but i have read online that the 8800 gts 512mb needs 28a and a 500w power supply minimum im not sure if they mean the +12vdc which is 22a but the other ampages say 27a , 26a , do the others make up for the lost 6amps shortage , or is the ampage enough on my current power supply , i am confused and unsure , the link below is where they recommend 28a , scroll down till you see.
