Will people with Down Syndrome still have the physical appearance of Down Syndrome when they go to heaven?

Question

Even though other aspects of DS may not continue in heaven, what about the physical appearance?

Actually, what about the physical appearance of EVERYONE, whether they have Down Syndrome or not? Will it be the same in heaven?

I've wondered that, because I've always wanted to be really beautiful, but when I mentioned that once to my friend who has a hairlip, she said she wanted to keep it because it's her mark of distinction. Who would have guessed! (She's always very fashionable and dresses Great!)

All I know for sure is, "The highest ambitions will be realized." And who knows. I'm not even totally sure we'll have a body, as we know it!
