No. If you are trying to compress excess fat, the only thing it will do is make you uncomfortable and force it to bulge out to other areas. If you are trying to compress the pelvic bone, it will not work as the bone is hardened and should remain as is, unless you are still growing and then you may cause it to deform, but not compress to remain a smaller size. You pretty much have to live with what bone size and shape you have and just go with the diet and exercise needed to keep the rest of you trimmed to what you would like.
