The government is involved in most aspects of our lives so why don't they fix this problem?

Juvenile delinquency is usually blamed on a father not being in the home. This is a fallacy. I know probably hundreds of kids who have no father in the home and they are doing very well. Why not put the blame on the kids who are doing wrong? They know right from wrong and are making that choice. Also why are so many violent video games out? That in itself desensitizes kids toward crime. Do you think video games full of violence after playing hours on end have more of an impact than no father being in the home. Kids buy their own games and how can a parent take away games with the fear of violence being put toward them from and angry teen?

Your whole mindset, although a common one, is way off base. You probably have been indoctrinated by various idealized philosophies to believe people are generally good but go astray or are misled. That's all nonsense started by social/religious leaders, like Moses, trying to create what we now call "civilization."

In reality humans are born in the same state any other animal is born. If infant humans could be left safely on an island with no predators or diseases to kill them, and provided with food and other things they need but no training at all, they would grow into wild animals looking like humans.

The point is "delinquents" are just humans not trained enough into being so civilized as we want them to be. That's all. For whatever reason, father or no father, they were not adequately indoctrinated into being "civilized" enough.

Source(s): For decades I studied philosophies, cultures, and social institutions. I began that because of confusion resulting from my military experience under the shadow of neo-Marxist anti-military and anti-capitalism indoctrination in the universities. I continue a forty year quest wading through the huge pile of stinking crap a wide variety of bigots dumped on top of truth hiding it from nearly everyone's view. The pile was made by blaming people or practices they don't like while excusing people or practices they do like regardless of where the fault really lies.
