They don't know why the increase in traffic to Yahoo sites. Can Neo complaints have something to do with this? Maybe that's why no answers to our complaints here. They WANT more posts!

I would rather attribute this to internet blogs alerting members of Yahoo that their inactive email accounts were about to be closed.As far as Neo is concerned,Yahoo has demonstrated a blase attitude about complaints.I have this awful feeling they don't care one iota about how we feel.This is reminiscent of when Yahoo Clubs were forced into the current format.If neo groups does indeed become the standard,that rushing sound you hear will be long time members such as myself leaving Yahoo.
