In my Group Nutshell_Cubbyhole, I can open all of the Photo Albums except for one: Yahoo! Photo Album is the title. I CAN access the pictures in Photostream, but if I click on that particular album I get "an error has occurred" in a purple bar at the bottom of my screen. I tried this in Safari and Firefox on two different computers and I still get this error message. Please fix this, Yahoo!

When Neo first came out I could add photos in my group albums no problem. Last month, it changed. Now I hit the purple Add Photos button and get the pop up window that again says Add Photos. However, clicking this Add Photos does nothing. It just outlines The button in blue and doesn't bring up the photos from my computer harddrive to choose from, like it used to. In Firefox, this works perfectly and I can indeed choose and upload photos no problem. This error in Safari happens in all my groups (I have permission to upload photos). My main group I moderate is Nutshell_Cubbyhole. Please fix this, as I use Safari and don't want to switch to Firefox just to upload photos.

Yahoo told me via email that they fixed all the Database bugs in Groups. I went to look at my Databases, and saw my biggest one is completely gone! How do I get it back? Years of data is gone. My group is Nutshell_Cubbyhole and the name of the missing database is Prior Group Reads, By Author. Please fix this!

I read on the Yahoo Blog that we can now put a photo (400 X 400) on our Group About page that is distinct from the banner photo above Conversations. How do you do this, exactly? It appears you cannot click a button and have your computer's photo file come up and select from that, like you can with the banner photo. If you must type in HTML code for the photo in that box that says to add photo, what is this code and how do you write it? Please explain in a simple manner, as I am a novice at HTML code. Thanks!

What is the maximum number of rows allowed in a single Database? Old view of Groups told you how much room you had left. Not so in Neo. I cannot add a row in one of my owned Groups (large database of 500 rows), but I can add a row in another Group (small database of 5 rows). Is there a limit to rows per database in Neo?

I can add entries in one Group I moderate (in Neo) but not in another group I moderate (in Neo). Why? The problem group only accepts a partial entry in each row (it accepts story title but not author when I hit SAVE). This makes no sense. The problem occurs at Nutshell_Cubbyhole, if someone at Yahoo can fix this.

I use Safari 5.1.9 for my browser. Do I need Java enabled for Neo to work properly? The last security update for Safari made that as an option, and I had it disabled. I can use Neo, but there is alot of "Loading" messages when I use it. I get around that by reloading the page. Would enabling Java help with this?

All of my groups have the same white font for their group name that appears on the Neo banner picture. Can I change the font on the groups I own? I only saw to change the banner picture.

Neo is extemely buggy on iPad. When using the pull down menus, The choices are there but I tap on them and I can't get to those screens (such as Files, Links, etc.). I travel ALOT, and use my iPad to access groups I own when I'm away. Now I can't get to them via my iPad! Will a functioning app be made for Groups? I hope so.

They don't know why the increase in traffic to Yahoo sites. Can Neo complaints have something to do with this? Maybe that's why no answers to our complaints here. They WANT more posts!

I'm not in the Neo format yet, but my other Group owner is. Can the Home Page picture (opening page) be changed, if group is in Neo format? If yes, please tell me how to do it.

I read in the Resolved section that it was fixed. It doesn't work in my groups, for any of the members. Are they still working on it?

I've been seeing a delay of messages appearing on my Groups after I post them. I post directly on the Group webpage, not via email. My messages eventually appear, but not immediately like they've always done before. I also notice the Group webpages themselves are much slower to load. Any maintenance going on?

Unable to add or delete group photo - connection timed out error?

I'm currently unable to add or delete a group photo. Each time I attempt to do either, it yields a new page with the message "Connection Timed Out." The photo is jpeg format, just like the one that's on the Home Page now, and a small size. I tried using Safari and Firefox, but still had same problem. My group is Nutshell_Cubbyhole. It looks like other groups are having this problem, too.

After the update, whenever someone uses an apostrophe in a message post, a text file, in writing text on the group's Home Page, etc. strange text characters appear. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Did no one test this out during the update? When is it going to be fixed?

In every group I belong to or moderate, I have noticed a lag in the time I post a message on the site to the time the message actually appears there. It can take many minutes before it appears. I see this on Nutshell_Cubbyhole, LiteratureReadingCircle, and 19thCenturyLit. Is Yahoo aware of this problem? Are they working on it?

This morning (11/22/12) I've been getting an Error 999 when trying to post a message on my group's website. Is anyone else having this problem? And yes, I did a virus scan and there are none on my computer.
