Processing time for I-130?

I am a U.S. citizen and I sent the I-130 form for my 19 year old son. I have received the I-797C, Notice of Action receipt but I need to know the time range until he should get his green card. Thank you

Check the processing times on their website www.uscis.gov

If you're receipt starts with EAC, check vermont, or ESC.

If it start with MSC check california or WSC.

The I-130 takes about 5 months, NVC and consular processing another 4 to 7 months. Rule of thumb is 1 year from submitting the I-130 'til the visa is being issued.

You can check the processing times on the uscis website but nobody can tell you exactly how long you will have to wait. It may take couple of months.
